David Neufeld is the co-owner and CEO of Dave’s Roofing, Siding & Metal Buildings LLC, where he leads the company’s vision, operations and long-term growth. With a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and dependable service, David has helped build Dave’s Roofing into a trusted name for residential, commercial and agricultural construction projects. Under David’s leadership, Dave’s Roofing continues to grow through hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach that prioritizes clear communication and lastingvalue.

David attended Texas Tech University. He is a proud father of twin girls and one son. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys life on the lake in the summertime and hunting and skiing in the winter.

Ramon Neufeld is co-owner of Dave’s Roofing, Siding and Metal Buildings, a family-owned and operated company for 40 years. He has over 25 years of experience in construction and is committed to building lasting relationships that go beyond each project. Born and raised in West Texas, Ramon is passionate about giving back to his community, church and local schools.

Ramon attended Texas Tech and earned a degree in Business from the University of Houston. He is married to his wife Rainnie. Together they have four daughters and enjoy family time traveling, hunting and staying active

With two decades of experience in roofing and metal building construction, Billy Neufeld brings proven leadership and field expertise to every project. He specializes in managing complex builds, overseeing crews, controlling costs, and delivering projects on schedule without compromising quality. Billy is known for his practical problem-solving approach, clear communication, and ability to keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

Marcus Pedroza is a project manager at Dave’s Roofing, Siding & Metal Building Company. From roofing and siding to metal buildings, Marcus takes pride in providing quality craftsmanship and customer service. Known for his reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, he’s all about building results that last and keeping customers happy.

He graduated from Texas Tech University where he met his beautiful wife. He has three children and he spends his time outside of work attending their sporting events and extracurricular activities. He enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, roasting coffee and spending time with family and friends.

Michael Schindewolf is a Project Manager at Dave’s Roofing and Metal Buildings in Lubbock, Texas, where he brings strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality to every project he oversees. Known for his reliability and hands-on approach, Michael works closely with teams and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Outside of work, Michael has a passion for adventure and travel, always looking for the next opportunity to explore new places and experiences. Above all, he values time with his family, which keeps him grounded and motivated both personally and professionally

Christine Ryan is the Office Manager at Dave’s Roofing, Siding, and Metal Buildings, where she plays a key role in keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly. With a strong background in administrative support and customer service, Christine manages communication,
billing, and office coordination, making sure projects move forward seamlessly behind the scenes. Christine takes pride in assisting the team and providing excellent service to customers throughout the roofing, siding, and metal building process.
